Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We all end up with products that we don’t like, or have to return for some reason.
That’s okay.

We believe in an honest returns policy and will do our best to assist you through the process.

Generally, we will accept returns within 7 days of purchase as long as the item:

  • is returned in its original packing
  • is unused, and undamaged

Usually, that means when you unpacked the item for the first time, you realize you don’t want the item, and decide it’s better to return and get something else.

The value of the product (along with any taxes) will be refunded to your account (either as store credit, or as a refund to your credit card).
We may however have to charge a delivery/ courier fee to collect the item back in certain cases.

You may request a return through your account on our website. Once requested, we will arrange collection by courier, and inspect the product once received. Our fulfilment team will review the item and confirm eligibility for a refund.

Our representative will update you on the email address linked to your account, (generally within 1 week of us receiving the item).
